Cookie Policy

Learn how Infodazz Cloud uses cookies and local storage to keep your session secure, preserve your preferences, and keep our cloud services running smoothly.

Last updated: October 2026

What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work properly, improve user experience, and provide information to site operators.

We also use modern browser storage technologies, such as LocalStorage and SessionStorage, which perform similar functions to keep your session secure and remember your screen preferences.

How We Use Cookies

At Infodazz Cloud, we believe in straightforward and privacy-friendly technology. We use cookies and local storage strictly to ensure our applications run reliably and securely for your business.

We do NOT use invasive advertising tracking pixels, cross-site trackers, or third-party marketing cookies to sell your browsing habits to advertisers.

Types of Cookies We Use

We use the following categories of cookies and storage:

1. Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for logging into your workspace, validating security tokens (such as CSRF protection), keeping your session active while taking orders, and preventing unauthorized account access. Without these, our cloud software cannot function.

2. Functional Preferences: Used to remember your user interface settings, such as whether you prefer a dark or light appearance, your preferred language or currency display, and sidebar navigation state.

3. Technical Performance: Anonymous system diagnostics and response-time metrics that help our engineering team detect network bottlenecks, broken pages, and ensure 99.9% uptime across all regions.

Local Storage & Offline POS Operations

Our Resto POS and business applications use modern browser storage (LocalStorage and IndexedDB) so that if your local internet connection momentarily drops, your staff can continue operating without losing order items or drafts.

Once internet connectivity is restored, cached data is automatically synced with your cloud database.

Managing Your Cookie Preferences

You have full control over cookies through your web browser settings. Most browsers allow you to view existing cookies, delete them, or block cookies from specific or all websites.

Please be aware that if you completely block all cookies in your browser, you will not be able to log in or use Infodazz Cloud services, as session authentication and security validation depend on essential cookies.

Updates & Questions

We may update this Cookie Policy occasionally to reflect operational or technological updates. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

If you have any questions about our use of cookies or local storage, please contact us at privacy@infodazz.com or through our contact form.
